2012 Rates

*** A special rate for February 1st to March 10th, 2012 *** A special of just 125 euros a week or 325 euros for the month if you come during these dates. Space is on a first come, first serve basis.

Our base rate of 2012 is 35 euros a day, 225 euros a week and 550 euros a month. We provide a discount for long term bookings of 2+ months. Some periods are at a higher rate (eg. the Spring Classics period) and may require a minimum booking period. Please keep in mind our rates are per person, not per room. When you book we will do our best to provide you a single room, but there is always a chance you will be asked to share a room at busy times. You will be informed of this at booking.

Group bookings are dependent upon availability and require a larger deposit than individual bookings. Please contact us for details on group bookings.

We realize our rates are higher than some other options you will find in Belgium. Do realize that while those rates may appear cheaper, they may not include many of the extra’s we have included in our price. Location is also a big factor you will want to consider in your choice of accommodation in Belgium. Being farther away from a large city and amenities can affect both your costs and the time it will take you to do even the simplest of things (like shopping for groceries). Also, access to quality training roads and the distance away from races are factors to consider.

We also maintain a quality standard with our house. We strive to provide a reliable and quality stay for those wishing to come to Belgium and race. We have been in your place and have made the quality of house we wanted when we first came to Belgium.
