2012 Spring Classics

Every April the region of Flanders becomes a dream world for cycling enthusiast alike, the energy is so tangible it’s enough to get even the mildest cycling fans heart pumping. If iconic names like the Koppenberg, Arenberg Forest, Muur van Geraardsbergen, Carrefour de l’Arbre, or mentions of the great Eddy Merckx and Roger De Vlaeminck have you longing for the cobbles then The ChainStay is the place to be!
For 2012 we have planned several different day trips and B&B options that focus on the major Spring Classics of The Tour of Flanders, GP Scheldeprijs, and The Hell of the North Paris-Roubaix; the trips will immerses you in the culture of the races, from their humble beginnings, to the crazed fans, the iconic roads and climbs, to the energy that swells around you as the race moves closer.
