Weather ...

For the most part, Belgium is a fairly mild climate with temperature ranges almost always above -5C in the winter and almost always below 38C in the summer. For a vast majority of the year the temperature is between 5C and 25C. However, it is a country that does see frequent changes in weather and can be quite cold and rainy one day, then turn around and be warm and pleasant the next day. Such is the unpredictable nature of Belgian/Northern Europe weather. I usually always went out with a light-compact rain cape in the spring and fall and made sure to have some way to keep my chest, hands and feet warm. When those are warm, the rest of you will stay warm.
